This is a redstone device that turns the player into a working rocket! It takes you to the moon...then brings you back to earth. It uses a vanilla parachute so you don't take fall damage...    Built by ConquerCraft.

my system doesnt lag & i am certainely in mc version 1.8 ;vanilla client. i turned command block output to on(/gamerule commandBlockOutput true) and still nothing.

There could be a few things that could cause it not to work for you.
1. Lag - if you do not have a good computer....it would be very laggy....because it even makes me lag...
2. Do you have command blocks on? 
3. Are you in the right version
