Hello! Here is my progress on Rouffach (as it was in 1788)
Here is the old house of the Œuvre Notre-Dame which was used as a workshop for the stonecutters working on the construction site of the church located just opposite. It was built in 1490.

Voici l'ancienne maison de l'Œuvre Notre-Dame qui servait d'atelier aux tailleurs de pierre travaillant sur le chantier de l'église située juste en face. Elle fut construite en 1490
This is the former house of the Grand Chapter of Strasbourg Cathedral. This house of 1778 shelters today the catholic presbytery.
Ici, c'est l'ancienne maison du grand Chapitre de la Cathédrale de Strasbourg. Cette maison de 1778 abrite aujourd'hui le presbytère catholique.
Finally, here is one of the most famous views of Rouffach: the old town hall with the witches' tower in the background! The right wing, which dates from the 15th century, was redesigned in 1721. The left wing dates from 1581. In the 19th century, this building housed the local college, then the school of agriculture before the construction of the current agricultural high school.
Enfin, voilà une des vues de Rouffach les plus connues: l'ancien Hôtel de ville avec en fond la tour des sorcières! L'aile droite, qui date du XVe siècle, à été remaniée en 1721. L'aile gauche date de 1581. Au XIXe siècle, ce bâtiment a abrité le collège communal, puis l'école d'Agriculture avant la construction du lycée Agricole actuel.
