What it does?
You place or break a block touching a piston and it will emit a 1 tick signal (the non-activated redstone on the red block is the one tick pulse the other is another option to give off an output.)
Uses?
1. Hidden Rooms.
2. Traps that use 1 tick or more pulses.
3. Puzzles.
No world download because you can see everything in the screenshot.
Blue blocks stand for what way your wall will be at (this design does not have orientation problems, i tested)
Yellow blocks stand for the redstone.
Red blocks are all the outputs you can get out of it. (well some)
