WARNING:THIS WAS MADE IN SNAPSHOT 13W41B AND WILL NOT WORK FOR 1.6.4 OR LOWER AND MIGHT NOT WORK FOR FUTURE VERSIONS OR OTHER SNAPSHOTS!
This is a nice way of making "micro blocks" in vanilla Minecraft using a super fast clock that is less than 1 tick to rapidly summon FallingSand into slabs or any other transparent or non-full block and giving it an upward movement,at different height (Y-level) which will be used to disguise other blocks that aren't a full block. This is however quiet buggy and isn't really made for maps yet.
It isn't really that good and there's a ton of flaws, however this is as far as I can go for now.

Additional Notes
I got this idea from the positioning glitch in the snapshot and from my "walk on water" concept. It isn't really that good and there's a ton of flaws, however this is as far as I can go for now.
