If you have a server with WorldEdit (WE) plugin you need to put .schematic file into "Shematics" folder in you server files.

Required version of MC - 1.8

Please, if you will paste this schematic file in air you will need to go up and paste lobby by command /paste -a on y=60 (MINIMUM!)
Lobby will spawned under you legs.
