Crafting Recipes:
Shield:  throw a iron bar then throw a iron ingot on top of it
Hammer:  throw a iron axe then throw a iron block on top of it
Fire Boots: throw a leather boots then throw a blaze powder on top of it
Ice Boots: throw a diamond boots then throw a ice block on top of it
Earth Boots: throw a leather boots then throw a grass block on top if it

To use Ice Boots just crouch while walking to ice to create Ice Spike
To use Earth Boots just crouch while walking to grass to use the Earth Move
