1910- the office was bought by a small business called Blax's crane hire
1921- BCH bought a better office near the waterfront of Fort Franklin, and a large stock company called kingsman stocks bought the office building for $159,183
1929-31-the great depression hit america hard and kingsman stocks lost the office due to low income, the office was vacant again...
1932 the office was going to be demolished due to no one wanting to pay the rent and business where still recovering from the great depression. but a young but wealthy bank called "Greenfieldwestbanking" bought the office for $2,000,000 USD and made sure the office didn't get demolished
1956-present- the small coffee shop called Latty & Lad's bought a small shop on the groung floor of the building. the shop is still here today.
