Ok, I've had this done and i've just been lazy and haven't gotten to posting it yet so sorry. I say compact-ish because it's still not small but it's pretty impressive for me.

It has been changed from 5x10x12 to 5x6x8. Thats close to a third of the original size... Everything inside is the same expect for the fact that I changed the delay on some repeaters so it's a tiny bit faster.
