Sorry for the wall of text. ;) Can you specify what you mean by a touch. I'm not the type who is blind to mistakes on my own creations but must say I don't really see your points.
It is true that the tail is 2 wide which I'm not happy with but that is the compromise having to be made in order to get the correct nose. The A320s have a more rounded nose than many other planes which is why I chose the 2x2 nose. If you look at most planes the fugelage can be split in to two shapes. The actual nose and the shape wich follows the shape of the windows round the cockpit windows. Hope this makes sense. This choise with the tail also allows for the correct diameter.
