The Antonov An-124 Ruslan (NATO reporting name: Condor) is a strategic airlift jet aircraft. It was designed in the 1980s by the Antonov design bureau in the Soviet Union (USSR). The world's highest aircraft gross weight production cargo airplane and second heaviest operating cargo aircraft in the world, behind the one-off Antonov An-225 (a greatly enlarged design based on the An-124). The An-124 remains the largest military transport aircraft in the world.

Yeah, having looked up the IL-76 on Wikipedia and checked the James Bond wiki, the exterior of the Bond plane was an Antonov, while the interior was the IL-76. In the game 007 Legends, the plane looks more like the IL-76 in exterior design as well.
