Sure. In your *.minecraft folder is a folder labeled "saves." In there should be a list of your worlds. So say your world is called "Cool Land." You right click on "Cool Land," scroll down through the options and click on "Send to." Then click "Compressed Zip File."

You need to create an account with Mediafire, its free, and upload your file. Click "copy clink" and past the url in the option "World save url" in projects.
