I am starting a new map since I couldn't seem to focus on just one at a time. For a while I've wanted to make a small city on an island with a harbor, finally I am able. I built up the natural harbor and added buildings of pink roofs and a barracks topped in a temple. The Cathedral overlooks the harbor below and is on a flattened hill. The Cathedral's buttresses extend over the road and onto the roofs of two other buildings. The Cathedral is in a "saltire" shape or the shape of St. Andrew's Cross. The town is Aurora Port, (Aurora) and I will add more as I build on to the place.

I added some walls at my map "Aurora Port" (The Rose Walls) to divide the island in half. The walls are pink and white (the town colors). I also changed the flags and banners to purple, pink, and white.

I have added more to the Aurora Port map. The city has taken a new route after the building of the Rose Walls dividing the island in half with the city and Wondrous Woods. I added a plaza at the edge of Clergy Hill, and a second Cathedral.



I added the last buildings to Aurora City, the town hall (blue roofed building with clock-face), the clock tower, and I added the Royal Palace. (The Inverted Heart of Purple Heart). I will add an outer fort and village at the northern end of the island soon.

The Purple Heart Palace is a Victorian-Renaissance and Versailles-style palace with suites, ballroom, dining hall, gardens at the front, fountains, and a grand throne room and stairway. The interior is not all the way complete.



I built up the Royal Island for the larger royal gardens to be placed. The Grand Gardens are an array of mazes, flower patches, large trees, and fountains dotting the arrangement. This is for a more Baroque feel to the Purple Heart Palace at Aurora City.
