About:
Using my previous minecart vault system as a framework, I constructed this more presentable structure. My system is now integrated into a large bank. The bank has 10 vaults and can easily be expanded to include more. The sign atop the massive complex will bring in Minecrafters from miles around. Hope you enjoy. :) Comments and diamonds are appreciated.

Update!:
Much smaller version in the works. When completed, it will be the smallest storage system to date and will be infinitely horizontally tile-able with no issues.
Just a few kinks to work out with my reset system before it is done--possibly requiring me to design a new RS NOR latch. :/

There are no minecarts present to begin with and I have tried every possible combination, from placing them one at a time onto the return track and hitting the button to loading all the relevant 'vaults' with a minecart to loading each of them individually...
Help!
Edit: I have since rotated the bank through all 4 directions however it still doesn't work, it either radnomly bounces the minecarts back and forth or they simply stop wherever they feel like it!
