Hey guys.

I had some friends who wanted to run a minecraft server too.

I decided to make some sort of basic kit which has everything you need to run one, except for the port forwarding.

It has a few basic plugins;

Factions

WorldEdit

WorldGuard

LWC

It has a fully designed spawn area, with the spawn set.

When downloaded and unpackaged it has my settings for memory usage.

Go to the folder.

Right click CraftBukkit Starter.bat and click Edit.

Now change the -Xms1024m into whatever amount of RAM memory you want to allocate minimally.

Then change the -Xmx2048m into whatever amount you want to to use max.

Please note that if these are too high it will freeze/crash your PC.

Now the next step.

When you download it you are not yet admin.

To get admin first just run it, with the CraftBukkit Starter file.

Go to the console window.

Type "op yourplayername"

You are now admin!

Now if you want it to stop running, DO NOT HIT X, USE THE COMMAND "STOP" IN THE CONSOLE!

Now to let the players join you must know the IP.

You must go to whatsmyip.org from the machine running it.

That is the IP players must connect to.

If you run it on the same PC as you play MineCraft then you must connect using 127.0.0.1 as the IP.

That is the address for localhost.

Now you are ready!

Just put the .schematic files in the schematics folder, then while in-game use WorldEdit to load and paste them!

If it is not placed right use //undo!
