I've updated the download with a significantly cleaned up version of this animated beacon hologram projector. I've also developed a few more ideas and created a few machines to play around with. A simple beacon spotlight that can be switched on and off. The colors of the glass can be changed to any combination and the size can be scaled up or down. A projector that scans back and forth between colors. The colors can be changed and the timings can be changed and it can also be scaled up or down with some limitations. Last but not least, I've made a racy animated neon sign. All of the machines can be switched on and off with a simple lever. The Projectors must "warm up" every time you load the level since the beacons must be exposed to sky for a certain amount of time in order to start. This may take up to a few minutes to get them all going. To speed up the process, you can destroy the wool above the beacons, let the beacons start, and then replace the wool before turning on the machine. This isn't an issue with the spotlights or neon sign.
