Objective
I'm currently creating a 'CTP' map, kinda like in Battlefield or Team Fortress. The objective is to capture as many points as possible for your team (blue/red). If you have more points than your enemy you'll get points at a speciffic rate as long as you can keep the points. At a (still not chosen) number you win the game. A point is essentially a 5 by 5 square of wool in the color of the team who captured it (blue/white/red) with a beacon in the middle. (I hope stained glass will dye the colour of the ray in a future version).

Classes
I thought of 8 classes (Archer, Swordsman, Tank, Debuffer, Healer, Spy, Mage and scout) with each thier advantages and weaknesses. I don't want to make any of them OP or pay 2 win. Each one shall have the same chance of winning. It's also kind of RPG. The more kills/dmg you deal the better your stuff gets. As tank you get after 3 kills a protection 1 armor and as archer you get something like flame on your bow.

Vanilla
I wan't to make the map work without plugins so redstone only. I hope that it's not lagging servers because I already have probelms with my PC to play the map if everything is turned on and every map is in its frame(my pc is crappy though).

Map
The map is an Island(I found a seed online wich looked really awesome) which I try to split into the 4 elements as theme. I kinda finished the water and the earth(above ground), and I'm currently working at the air part. I want the fire part to be under ground and to be the smallest part with only 2 points where the other elements have each 3 points (11 total(might change in the future)). I've spend 150-200 hours on this map and building it since minecraft 1.5 (currently building in the 14w08b snapshot(1.8)) and I'm still not near the end.

Help?
I first want to hear if you like my idear or if it's comeplete trash and I wasted my time ( Well, I had fun so not wasted anyways). If you like the idear and want to help me I'll might rent a server. I could use some help with the redstone (I'm a good redstoner but it's hard now with the java and stuff) and with the clouds. I suck at clouds. xD
