Underneath download at the top, click on download world save and then add it to the saves folder in your .minecraft folder. get to here by going to run and typing in %appdata%.

You have to practice a little bit, if you want it to look awesome ;) I suggest that you look through the other projects on this site, and maybe get some ideas for a new design :)

Also, press F1 when taking a photo ;) It removes the bar and make the screenshot clean and nice :)
