Level 22 : Expert Architect

Hello great Minecraftians! Today I present you with a WIP build of Draconthen Castle. This project has occupied small parts of my spare time here and there over the past month and now I think it is far enough along to share with you all!

Plans:
1. Finish Interior design
2. Build Large dragon attacking the left castle wall
3. Build into more suitable Terrain
4. Finish wall detailing on back and right sides
5. Probably more little things here and there to fix

I hope you enjoy this build's progress! And btw, this build most likely will be available in schematic format!

Yeah, I noticed that after I had built most of this castle! Grian is really one of my favorite builders. The problem with this style of castle is that it is SO common. I should have probably tried to make some more stylized features which bring it out of the norm... For example, if you look at the link DrewMuzz commented down below you will see like a ton of castles with styles almost identical to this.

I don't know about you, but this castle looks really similar to something on pinterest.
It's pretty funny IMO.

Wow! I have never used Pinterest... but that board or whatever it is looks like it could be amazing for build inspirations!

Yeah, well I would definitely recommend anyone to check out the artists on pinterest if you're out of ideas and need some inspiration.
