This cathedral is the first structure in a new city I am builing using creative mode. I don't often play on creative mode, but I also don't like having to restart a server that I am attached to because of updates. Since there is an update on the horizon I have decided to work on a massive building project instead. My cathedral was inspired by and based loosely around the Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin, Ireland. The influence of the actual cathedral is most evident in the arched bridge. The structure itself is finished, and was builtin 2days, currently I am working on the landscaping and then moving on to other parts of the city.
