The Parque Central Urban Complex is a residential, commercial, cultural, recreational and financial development, executed by the Simón Bolívar Center and located in the El Conde de Caracas Urbanization, Libertador Municipality of the Capital District.
This development is executed on ten hectares of land located between four avenues: Bolívar, Lecuna, Sur 21 and Sur 2, in the El Conde sector of the San Agustín Parish, in downtown Caracas.
Within the complex are the Twin Towers of Parque Central, two office skyscrapers that for decades have become an icon of Venezuelan architecture and of Caracas in particular. Nicolajs Sidorkovs and Federico Dubuc were the architects of the East Tower of Parque Central.
When the complex was inaugurated in 1973, it was considered the "most important urban development in Latin America."
