This is located in the South Beach area of my city giving it that modern but 50's like feel. I also made it very small housing only 2 theaters, bathrooms, ticket booth, and a concession area. I did not make it a conventional movie theater which usual has 20 or so theaters because i wanted it to keep its local beachy town feel to it... It is also small and modern and could fit in tight spaces to any city regardless of it being near the beach.
