finally something resembling an actual warship
it isnt really tho, more like a "temporary" patrol ship to do the job while the real ones are out gardening their fields
ANYWAY POINT IT IS IT HAS GUNS!!!!

designed mostly for atmospheric operation, this is a ship designed to temporarily protect airspace, supplying fast response to any threats a young colony might encounter. it's lightly armoured and has a skinny profile, giving it a much faster speed than slower, bulkier vessels like the colony shuttle. its many thrusters not only allow it strong maneuverability but also supply redundancies for when the brittle hull inevitably takes a hard hit
the turrets can only aim in 2D because due to the ship being entirely controlled from the cockpit, the pilot can tilt the ship to get the turrets on the right plane to attack enemies (real reason: i'm lazy)
progress is at 90% is because i havent found the shield system i want to slap on this & havent been bothered to build the radar system yet lol

added (read: literally bolted on) a prototype radar system that's way too big for the ship to carry
