You cannot use Mcedit. There is 2 solutions:
- import schematic with a Worldedit pluggin with Spigot or a Paper server
- Install the mod Litematica Mod (Link removed)

Looks lovely but I can't import it to McEdit because it's only 1 KB, can you reupload the file again or a world save of the file?
