Simple 1-wide tilable counter and pulse multiplier with short reset that I designed.

Counter runing at...
2rt skips 2 counts
3rt skips 1 counts
4rt skips 1 counts
5rt onwards skips 0 counts

Configure count n = no. of items in 1 dropper.

Pulse multiplier

Runs at 2rt
n = x+2
where n = no. of pulses and x = number of items
minimum n = 4, x = 2
Items will be split into (x-1) & (1) for each dropper

P.S. Rail will visually blink (n-1) times but observers looking at it will blink n times. I think its zero ticks but am not sure.
