what does minecraft world save mean can I download this onto my minecraft account?

Yes you can bron, but you need to add the world to youe minecraft world save folder. To do so go to "Start" in search box type %appdata% then press enter, so now you will find a folder named .minecraft, enter it. Now all you got to do is download the world then place it in rhe folder named "Saves" (it is the folder you will find your single player worlds in)
