This is my first modern house of many, so please give me feedback.

Terrain around this house is just amazing, and that's why I'm going to make a Modern House village there.
I haven't thought about the name yet, but you should suggest me some names, that You think that are cool.

Little about the house - House name comes from Delicate - Delica. Sounds good, right?
The texturepack i'm using is the MrFruitTree's Pamplemousse 16x16. It is just awesome.
If you think, that is a terrace in the back, you are almost right. It's also a house roof.
When You download the world save, the file comes in .zip
You have to unarchive it, and then You need to put it into your saves file
