I tweaked this concept a bit so the teleports only work at certain spots and aren't reliant on projectile entities.

It uses hoes and dirt, but I'm sure there are other stat.<whatever> scoreboard objectives you could use for it. Also, if you want to see the redstone stuff just break the window in the first room and fly onto the roof.
Messing with relative teleports and scoreboards is actually really fun. :P
