The Justice Building of District 11 show in the movie Catching Fire.
The scene is where Katniss gives her speech about Rue, and the man who whistled and gave the sallute is shot on stage. Probably one of the most emotional scenes in the movie. I copied the building exterior and interior exactly as it was shown in the movie. There are parts I have to finsih such as the other buildings in the district and the farms.
