The Duo-class was a Starfleet vessel first introduced in the late 24th Century. It was one of the Fastest and most powerful Federation starship classes of its time, with many serving for the entire century. The vessel had two Photon Torpedo Launchers, Four phaser arrays, which could fire in extended bursts, or in quick repeated bursts. The vessel had a maximum speed of Warp 9.99 and had advanced Shielding Systems and could Stay at Warp 9.99 for three days at most, but it could go to warp 9.99 for four days but that would cause irreparable damage to the Warp core and warp coils. The ship has no Stardrive section, meaning that if the warp core is damaged and is going to explode, the crew must be evacuated from the ship using the transporters.
