Tested and working in 1.9.
These are some flush BUD switches. I have not seen these designs made by anyone else. I made 4 designs. A flush with the wall tileable & silent design, a flush with the ceiling tileable & silent design, and a more compact flush with the ceiling tileable, but not silent design. Some of the designs are listed as 2 wide because there are 2 slightly different designs next to each other.
The wall silent design is 2x5x5. One of the BUD switches is 1 tick slower.
The tileable silent ceiling design is 2x8x7. Both BUD switches are the exact same speed. The redstone uses a few interesting techniques.
The non-tileable but still 1-wide silent ceiling design is 1x5x5.
The non-silent tileable ceiling design is 2x5x3. Both BUD switches are the exact same speed.
