Fratton Park Minecraft Map

Since there wasn't one available anywhere, here is my own version of Portsmouth F.C's sentimental home, The Old Girl, Fratton Park.

I took to the challenge after a long spell of boredom from lockdown here in the UK. The days between April 25th and 28th 2020 have been dedicated to mowing the lawn, washing the dishes and making Fratton Park in Minecraft.

The current submissions for the real life redevelopment of the stadium that have been approved, have been added here, such as the Milton End revamp along with the press box on top of the South Stand.

I've extended the South Stand ground level to accomodate for the brick wall that lines the terraced housing along Carisbrooke Road, along with the ticket office added onto the South Stand main entrance, made to look like a pub to pay homage to the tradition of the club + some other minor tweaks (added signs, etc.).

Thank you kindly. The shader used was BSL for 1.15.2, using the vanilla texture pack.

o: This is a pretty good representation of a stadium. If you want to rotate it around you can use the WorldEdit's mod "//rotate" (which rotates the clipboard so you would have to copy it first).

Thank you, I'll definitely get on that, then the build is pretty much done. I've been wondering about doing a superbuild of Portsmouth itself but idk about that. We'll see :)

You're welcome. :) Good luck with the worldedit rotation (and if you haven't already used worldedit before then it should be a pretty helpful tool for future creations too if you figure out how to use it). Good luck with the superbuild of Portsmouth too. :o
