The Geneis Tower is a 110 storey, 698 block neo-roman and art deco office skyscraper finished in 1928.
This skyscraper is a redesign of one I had designed back in June of 2019 for another one of my versions of New Lapusia City. I had built it, but a friend accidentally destroyed it and I lost the screenshots. The building it got replaced with though I do have a screenshot of, and you can see it on the left:

I've found the original building, enjoy the mediocrity!
Credit to TheLimeHit for making the renders in the media gallery, and for making the thumbnail. He's done a lot for me, and from my point of view, he's certainly worth a subscription for the version of New York City he's created.
