The reason I ask for a schematic, is so I could plot the destinations myself using my own materials.

1) Go too C:UsersOwnerAppDataRoaming.minecraft
2) Open Your Saves.
3) Optional: Compress the file too Zip or RAR. Not required, but helpful.
4) Upload file to a sharing site, preferably MediaFire.

For a schematic, you just need to download MCEdit. Here is the link, the thread should tell you how to do everything.
