Description:
The map consists of a beautiful land representing the landscape of New England, you will be spawned on a highway so you can access the property from there. On the property you will find the main feature of this map, the Graywood Mansion with a 3 car garage, lots of rooms, books and fireplaces. The house was built in 1878, though the in-game year is 1947, thus the cars. Also you will find a farm with an old as hell house with history (you can look up some documents and books inside the house in shelves or drawers), in the woods, if you search enough, you will find an old shack with a car, there will be a basement and a structure on a tree above the farm.

The mansion has 3 floors, the 1st floor has 7 rooms, those are: the living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 rooms for storage, and a guest bedroom together with a parlor. The second floor has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a room with the piano in it. The 3rd floor is an attic, which includes another bedroom where you can use the balcony to see one of the best views on the property.

Also in the living room you can find newspapers showing events from the year of 1940 and 1851 (the in-game year is 1947)

Architecture and Design:
Graywood was built in Victorian style which was used throughout the whole 19th century, was popular in Europe and North America. The difference between all the other architecture styles is the amount of details and decorations in exterior (it's a lot here), and the amount of rooms, doors, fireplaces and so on (which is also a lot :D). The farmhouse was built in Colonial architecture style, that was used before Victorian, and mostly was used during the colonization period of America. Simple forms, symmetric rooms and windows, classic, I guess you could say :D

Process:
The land was built using World Painter and my World Edit skills, everything else was built and imagined by me, except the plan for the house, I took it from internet long time ago with some improvements done by me.

- The house does not exist in real world, though I tried to build the whole map according to all historical details, so that the probability of this map actually existing is as high as possible.
- The map was built in 1:1 scale
