No I have no idea how you would be able to make gumballs move and come out, but the rest I could do.

Maybe if you do a little wiring and use some water, dispensers, and pistons, it could work ;)

Press button, makes dispenser shoot out item, hits pressure plate, makes another dispenser shoot out the gum, then at the same time pistons open up and water carries item down, with signs stopping water but item coming through to you... huh...It could work! lol
