The Daring class were built as scout vessels to find hostile ships and sink them if possible. the ships normaly attacked in groups of 3. the Darings or Flying Fishbowls as they were nicknamed by there crews were fast ships with a top speed of 36 knots, they would have been faster but there sphere shaped hulls ment they could not go faster without structural failure. the ships had 3 inch thick armour, a single foreward facing 4 inch gun, 2 4m torpedos in a turret, and 12 AA machine guns, 6 on each side 3 on the front and 1 on the tail. the ships were heavily engaged in the first britain-japan war, of the 30 ships built only 15 still flew by the end of the war, and by the end of the second war only 10 were still operational. the fishbowls had crews of about 4 men who worked and slept in shifts.
the Darings never really had much success aganst the IJN, and had developed a bad reputation with crews by the end of the 2 wars, the reason was that when the ship sank or took a hit due to the positions of the torpedo bay and the gun, if the ship took a hit it was almost impossible for the gun crew and the torpedo crews to escape, also the fishbowls were very fragile and easy to kill.
the only success the fishbowls really saw was aganst italian fighters after the wars and in escorting convoys during the wars.

the ship and torpedos work using movecraft but the guns should work without it.
