Welcome to my new building series: HOUSES. In this series, I will be making a series of small/medium-sized houses to give you guys ideas as to what houses you wanna build, if making a town, or something.
This first one is a domestic island penthouse. It has three stories (Entrance hall, living room, bedroom+ loft) and a kitchen underground. A sample boat is moored at the dock (BTW, I know it looks very ugly :P)
There is a little carrot patch, and a veranda with deck chairs on the beach...
