The Trinity House estate built in November? I think. I don't think that's it's actual name but its a block in the Old Town in Kingston Upon Hull that is entirely owned and maintained by the Trinity House Guild, in fact their guild house is the right-most white one in the second picture. They're an old seafaring guild who now operate a secondary school and college (with nautical themes), plus a waterpark and a charity for retired sailors. They also make a tidy profit off renting their shops on Whitefriargate, their biggest shops being Herons and Boyes.
As you can see in the picture, Solesol06, who helped with Lincoln Cathedral also built the Minster. It was a lot of fun to do and I have since expanded around Trinity Square.
