it is not legit, that is all i have to say on that matter.

In the distant lands of panem over the 3rd ocean lies 12 provinces, under the tyrannical rule of the djiini (jiy-niy). they chose that name as the worship the god gahrgma, who just so happens to be a djinni. The Djiini wanted a sturdy yet fast airship capable of carrying a fair sized load. This is their original plan(2nd screen shot), however before they could finish the blue prints, the spies from sector 12, intent on starting a rebellion against the djiini, stole the blue prints and assasinated most of the djiini in the building.

Back in sector 12 the blue prints were modified and the carrier ship "djiini freighter class 0" became the warship "legimate airship class 12". the engineeres from 12 took off the back propeller and replaced it with one large hover fin. they fitted the up till now, bare, sides of the craft with another two sleightly smaller hover fins. they attached hull and stern guns, and made this airship into speedy yet deadly war vessel.
