This was my first non-Lima excavator build. The Link-belt LS7400. I had a friend who ran one back in the late 70's. It made a statement. Till that point, I never seen a construction excavator that big get shipped to a job site in the city. On 3 low-boy trailers. The machine's colors was red & white, To get the blocks I needed had to make a change. But when I hold a photo up of the Link-belt next to my build, it looks like it. So I'm happy.
