This cozy modern house was built right over the dead end of a small lake leading to the ocean. The surrounding terrain makes for an amazing sight and atmosphere, only making this build seem more of a luxurious house than ever. Made with very similar block schemes to my other modern house posted on here, the Riverside Modern Vista, provides a similar cozy and relaxed feel to the build only adding to it's atmosphere.
