Hello,

this is a city bus the way I see it often here where I live. I already wanted to build one some time ago but didn't do it until I got a request from pigman404.
The problems I had before (and why I didn't build it earlier) was that the window height is pretty much the same as the lower wall height. So, if I had made the windows two blocks tall and half a block roof on top of it the bus would have been too high. But now with a 1.5 high wall and 1.5 high windows it fits perfectly.
If you were looking for other buses, I also made a Marcopolo G7 Paradiso Bus, a School Bus and an AEC Routemaster.

The custom heads are white shulker boxes from Minecraft Heads: https://minecraft-heads.com/custom-heads/decoration/13960-shulker-box-white

The banners were hand-crafted by me on a crafting table. It's a white banner with a light gray brick pattern, a black bordure and a black fess.

Can i use this as a way of transport for my server? like it's a pretty original concept instead of using portals also if you can send me your skin i can make you the bus driver and have the license plate your PMC name or IGN :3

Yes, sure you can use this as a method of transport for your server.
Putting my name on the license plate is an awesome idea! It's Captain_JEK here on PMC as well as in Minecraft.
The skin I currently use is my Casual Cinder skin. I think it would match the bus's design well. My former and probably more known skin however is this. But I guess it wouldn't go so well with the bus xD

It theoretically is possible with a command block moving the blocks and another command block teleporting the item frames and the player. I experienced it to very laggy though and you can't really move while getting teleported.
I once tried making a train operatable, that's how I know.
