this map includes a database with more then 1700 custom heads for minecraft 1.8 or above.
In the map you find nine different areas with different heads: decoration, animals, alphabet, food & drinks, humans, minecraft-blocks, misc, monsters and plants. The humans-section should be interesting map-makers which search for medieval high-quality skins.
Those heads are all safe since they're not bounded to any user-accounts - and please don't request that, it's not possible.

Basically I provide such a service for my Patreons (mass convertion of their own skinfiles). How many files are we talking about? Many pokemons also have very poor skins, that's why I didnt accept any yet.
I suggest you join the Minecraft Heads Discord (link is on the website) so we can talk via PN there ^^
