to get the animatronic skins download this https://www.mediafire.com/file/d4cniytipf32spe/customnpcs.zip/file open the zip folder then open your .minecraft and place the folder from the zip called customnpcs into .minecraft.
this map requires a good computer or pc

I found it! Budpack was the pack they used with this map but for the more recent years, they use ZigZag
