I have recreated laser with 2 command block,the command is only work in minecraft 1.9  
•multiplayer friendly 
Feature:
•Laser in your minecraft world
•new block and items
Laser block
•The laser: The laser is a block, which shoot a laser-beam, when you activate it.
•Reflector: The peculiarity of the reflector is that the laser goes through and comes out were it points
•Laser sensor: The Laser Sensor is a block, which provide power, while touching the laser-beam.
Laser properties
•Weak: can be blocked by entity
•Normal: can be blocked by entity and deal a small amount of damge
•Burn: deal damage and set entity on fire, can destroy and change some block
•Invisible: the laser is invisible, can be blocked by entity, to see the laser beam, you need to have night vision effect ( great for making security system)
