Update 2
So to start my design tests, I decided to make a fairly large house in a sort of 'L' shape which will have a mirrored house directly opposite. I only managed to complete the roofing, the ground floor and the first floor this week as the structure was way to big to finish in one episode. However I am amazed at how this is turning out as the size and style may mean that I have a posh style of housing and a more average class styling of house which will help create different areas throughout the city.
Since I have not yet finished this building, I will have to spend next week finishing it off. Once that is done, I plan on working on the mirrored twin of the building and I have also thought about connecting them up via a small bridge structure which will be very similar to my overhang part which I have made on a few medieval houses before. I will have to see how this one turns out before I make that decision though so I can plan where to place the bridge.
