Top Hat - Black Wool + Black Carpet
All recipes are floor crafting

Tutorial
To equip your top hat, place it in your 9th inventory slot (the last slot), and you will see a top hat appear on your
head. The top hat will follow your movements, and will adjust its height when you sneak. To take off the top hat, simply
remove it from your 9th slot. Now you can look awesome and stylish!
