Block palet is boring, also think of a name for your houses because ex. House 12 is just uncretive and sounds boring.

Sorry but those houses are on my map of Los Angeles, they are many of them so I do not have time to give names to them

Im not trying to criticise you :) Im sorry if that sounds like it to you. I;m just trying to give my opinion and sugestions on what you could change! Also your Downtown of LA is awesome!!

Also you could try to use Flows HD for better modern block textures. But it's totally up to you and maybe you already tried it.
