this is a waterfront modern home mostly furnished, if you don't want it to be waterfront just delete the boat and water part, would go good with any neighborhood

Just a tip, when showcasing builds, it is always good to take close up screenshots as well as far away so that you can see the detail. But great job, it looks good nonetheless.
