This fort is the result of a map I saw in a roleplaying game book. It is fairly identical to the one in the book and i'm quite satisfied with the end result.
FEATURES:
- Made from Stone Bricks, Oak and Spruce so easy to duplicate in survival mode.
- Inner yard for additional safety.
- Animal pen for up to 2 horses.
- Mess hall with functional kitchen.
- Dormitory allowing up to 13 to sleep (w/ master bedroom).
- Fort walls 3 cubes thick.
- Watchtowers with murder holes for archers.
- Gardens on the roof.
- Warehouse on the roof to keep your inventory safe.
- An additional storage compartment inside for your most important tools/weapons/armors/ores.
- The whole structure is 29 Wide x 24 Deep x 19 High.
This structure is bound to become part of a bigger project that will include many buildings/rooms/game rules. If you have programming skills, this project might be interesting to you. Please send in a private message for more informations.

A mix of material will give you a nice 3d feeling. Currently it is hard to tell where each part of the keep starts and ends.
As a matter of fact, the more I look at it, the more I grow unsatisfied so I just decided that I would soon go for a Version 2.0 of that fort. I'm still learning and each block provides me with more and more knowledge of the way I should build things in Minecraft!
